This week’s Pet Photography Project 52 theme is “Negative Space.” Negative space is the area that surrounds the main subject of the photo. In this case, the negative space is the gray, foggy weather that we’ve been having this week and the main subject is my amazing little red dog! Of course, it’s hard to think of anything “negative” about taking a walk with my dog. Nothing makes me smile more than time spent outdoors with my girl.
Ready to see more pet photos featuring “negative space?” Next up is Ono Pet Photography in Alabama. Hopefully Kathie had nicer weather this week than we did! Keep following the links at the end of each blog post to see all of this week’s photos.
Gorgeous composition and color, especially with that little pop of red! This evokes such a peaceful, calming feel for me.
I love the fog and that pop of red. Nice job!
I think we are sharing the same weather, but it sure makes your image look serene. I also love the pop of red.
Wonderful picture. Yes, the red really makes the picture pop!
Beautiful image. So evocative!
Welcome back Blue and Iris!
Great work and what a nice weather for this. Wow, this looks cold! Great work!
I thought I already commented, but maybe the entire internet is not my oyster this week (sigh). I think I said (or wanted to say, but it was just a dream…) how serene your image looked, and that we seem to be sharing the same weather. Love the pup, and the red neckerchief.
Beautiful image and love this location! Very peaceful… makes me want to be right there on the walk. Love the pop of color in her bandana!
